Special Issue of M3HPCST-2022

‘It is planned to publish the peer reviewed and selected papers of conference as proceedings with Springer in their prestigious “Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering” series (https://www.springer.com/series/7818). For detailed instructions for author and editors of conference proceedings, kindly visit the following link: https://www.springer.com/us/authors-editors/conference-proceedings. Select papers from the conference will be published by Springer as a proceedings book volume. Springer will conduct quality checks on the accepted papers and only papers that pass these checks will be published. Springer Nature does not charge any money for publication of Non-Open Access content. Abstracts/extended abstracts and short papers (less than 4 pages) are not considered for publication.’ We would now ask the conference committee: You should arrange a thorough and competitive paper reviewing and selection process, with at least 2 reviewers per paper, to ensure that only high quality papers are accepted for publication which do present substantial novel research achievements. The review process (date of submission to date of announcement) should be minimum 4 weeks. We kindly ask you to further extend the program committee and having at least 1/3 of the PC from abroad. Based on our standards, the acceptance rate should be kept around 40%, or even lower, depending on the overall quality of the submissions Proceedings should include a balanced set of authors from different organizations, e.g., the majority of papers should not come from 2-3 organizations, and one organization should not have a significant fraction of the papers in the proceedings. Proceedings should not include more that 10% of the accepted papers from the host institute or the conference committee. The proceedings should be of potential international relevance and please make sure that selected papers should make up a coherent and focused volume.
